Returns & Refund Policy
We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, with any seals intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Because coffee and consumable wellness products are perishable and sealed for freshness, opened or used items cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Email us at brian.henriquez@avrrio.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond within one business day with instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly — either with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it, email us and we’ll follow up.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened coffee or consumable products (unless damaged)
- Opened wellness supplements or tinctures (unless damaged)
- Sale items and gift cards
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate the process.
