Where is my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of ordering, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it immediately.

I want to return something.

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Email us with your order number and reason for return and we’ll sort it out. See the full Returns & Refund Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. Coffee orders are roasted and shipped quickly — if it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes.
