Our Coffee

What does "air-roasted" mean?

Our coffee is roasted on a fluid-bed air roaster instead of a traditional drum. Hot air roasts the beans evenly without charring, which means less acidity, no burnt notes, and a cleaner cup that's gentler on sensitive stomachs.

Whole bean or ground — which should I choose?

Whole bean stays fresh longest. If you don't have a grinder, choose the grind that matches your brewer: Drip for automatic machines and pour over, Coarse for French press, Espresso Grind for espresso machines.

When should I brew after the roast date?

Coffee needs to rest after roasting. For pour over, wait about 7–15 days post-roast; for espresso, 2–3 weeks. Brewing too early mutes the flavor.

Our Partners

Who roasts your coffee?

All coffee is roasted by Good Brothers Coffee LLC in Michigan and curated exclusively through Avrrio.

Where do the wellness products come from?

We partner with established US brands: Key Nutrients (electrolytes, matcha, creatine) and Alaska Rhodiola (Alaska-grown Rhodiola Rosea tinctures). Every partner product is sold and supported through Avrrio.

Supplements

Are your supplements tested and safe?

Our partners manufacture in US facilities with clean-label formulas — see each product page for full ingredient lists. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA; our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before starting any supplement.

Does the Rhodiola tincture contain alcohol?

Yes — it uses gluten-free, food-grade ethanol as the extraction base, along with Alaska glacier water and Rhodiola root. Just three ingredients.
